*To be eligible for this offer:
- Mortgage rates subject to change without notice. Quoted rates are for 5 year fixed term insured mortgages and require qualification.
- Mortgages must be pre-approved between October 15,2024 and November 22, 2024 and funded before February 28, 2025
- Minimum mortgage amount is $250,000 net new funds to First Credit Union and must be set up with a 3-5 year locked mortgage term.
- Brokered mortgages are not eligible for this offer
- Payment bonus will be applied to the first mortgage payment of the new mortgage term.
